Harvest cup Pickleball Tournament

🌾 The Harvest Cup is a community-driven pickleball tournament celebrating connection, friendly competition, and cultural pride within the Hmong community and beyond. Organized by a small group of passionate players, this event brings together athletes, families, and spectators for a weekend of great games and community spirit.
Tournament Format:
(Based on 16 teams; format is subject to change depending on the number of registered teams.)
Pool Play Round
Teams will be divided into two pods for round-robin play.
Each team will play up to 7 games.
Matches will be one game to 11, win by 1.
Standings will be determined by win/loss record, followed by point differential if needed.
The top 4 teams from each pod advance to Bracket Play.
Bracket Play Round (Elimination)
Matches will be one game to 15, win by 2.
3rd Place Match: One game to 15, win by 2.
Championship Match: Best 2 out of 3 games, each to 11.

Fee: $35 + taxes per individual

All Players Must Have:
A ScoreHub Court Reserve account
A DUPR account
Players must link their DUPR account to the ScoreHub organization in Court Reserve.
If verification cannot be completed, your team will not be considered registered, and your spot will not be secured.
Steps to Register on Score Hub’s Court Reserve:
Make sure you have both accounts set up:
A DUPR account
A Score Hub account in the CourtReserve app
Link your DUPR to your Score Hub profile:
Go to the Score Hub organization in CourtReserve
Make sure you’re on the Home page
Tap the four squares icon at the bottom left
Select Personal Information
Scroll to the Rating section — you should see the option to Link your DUPR account
Register your team once both you and your partner have successfully linked your DUPR accounts:
One of you can register for the the division/level of interest (see direct links below)
During the registration process, you’ll select your partner’s name. After you complete your portion, your partner will receive a prompt in the CourtReserve app to submit payment. Once payment is made, your team will be officially registered
DUPR Level Requirements:
Teams must register at the level of the highest-rated player on their team.
Example:
Partner A: 3.7
Partner B: 4.0
Team must register for 4.0 division or above
**Tournament directors reserve the right to re-classify teams if necessary.

Matches will be DUPR recorded
Cash Prize for 3.0 & above divisions: (50% of the team registration fees will go back to the prize pot. Cash prizes are subject to change based on sponsorships)
1st: 60%
2nd: 25%
3rd: 15%
Cash Prize for 2.99 & below divisions: (50% of the team registration fees will go back to the prize pot. Cash prizes are subject to change based on sponsorships)
$140 (1st place only)
Minimum: 6 teams per division
Maximum: 16 teams per division
